Return/Exchange Policy

Returns

Please be aware that almost all of our items are custom-made to order, which means each product is specially created just for you once your order is placed. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review all product details, including sizing charts and descriptions, before making a purchase. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at shoppraisecreations@gmail.com regarding the issue and attach photos of the item/s. We will look into the issue and reply within 48 hours.

Refunds
If for any reason a return is allowed, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shoppraisecreations@gmail.com.

Lost Packages

Shop Praise Creations is NOT responsible for packages after the postal carrier has marked possession of the package or after it has been delivered. Customer assumes full responsibility after packages leave my possession. Shop Praise Creations is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave my possession. Shop Praise Creations is not responsible for any losses occurred due to invalid or misspelled addresses. Customer assumes full responsibility for misspelling in shipping address line, custom is responsible for covering the reshipment, if desired to reattempt delivery.
